Seal Coating

Seal Coating

Patrick's Asphalt Paving applies seal coating to protect and extend the life of asphalt surfaces. Seal coating blocks water, oil, and UV damage that can cause cracks and deterioration. A fresh coat also improves the look of faded or worn pavement.

Why Seal Coat

Seal coating is one of the best ways to maintain your driveway or parking lot. Regular sealing can add years to the life of your pavement and reduce the need for costly repairs. We clean the surface, fill cracks when needed, and apply a uniform coat.

The Process

We prep the asphalt, apply the sealant, and let it cure. The result is a darker, more uniform look and better protection. Plan on seal coating every few years to keep your pavement in good shape.

When to Seal

New asphalt should cure for a few months before sealing. After that, every 2 to 3 years keeps your surface protected and looking good.
